BUILT is part of an effort to promote awareness of Albany’s built environment and to raise funds for preservation efforts. For the past 9 years we’ve used our annual art exhibit & silent auction to highlight the issue of vacant buildings in Albany. With BUILT, we extend this artistic lens not just on vacant architecture, but onto Albany’s entire BUILT environment. A portion of the proceeds from the reception and art sales will benefit the Foundation’s programming and technical services.

Join the BUILT Honorary Committee!
This year marks the 10th Anniversary of BUILT!  Show your support by joining our Honorary Chairs (listed on left) on the Honorary Committee.  Without the support of our members, dedicated volunteers & donors we would not be able to keep having such a great event.

Honorary Committee Levels:
        10th Anniversary Circle: $500 each
        Leadership Circle: $250 each
        Honorary Committee: $150 each

Historic Albany Foundation invites artists of all ages and skill levels to submit work. While the work need not be representational, it should speak to the buildings of Albany’s past, present & future and their impact on Albany’s built and social environments.

Participating artists will receive 50% of the proceeds of any work displayed and sold at the event; the remaining 50% will benefit Historic Albany Foundation.
