Sign the form and enclose it along with entry photos and entry fee (a check for $25 made payable to Historic Albany Foundation). Label photos as directed (see “Photos” section). Don’t forget to include or email your biography and, if desired, artist’s statement and/or digital photos to built@historic-albany.org. Bios and artist’s statement cannot be sent in hard copy or fax.

AGREEMENT

By my signature below, I hereby agree to the rules and regulation and timelines as printed on this entry form. I release Historic Albany Foundation, its directors, agents, art show manager and employees from any liability whatsoever resulting from any aspect of handling, transporting, shipping, exhibiting, storing or selling of artwork and acknowledge I am responsible for my own insurance. I assign Historic Albany Foundation exclusive right to sell exhibited work during the show. I allow, without compensation, but with acknowledgement, reproduction of entered pieces (slides or photos taken of piece) by Historic Albany Foundation for publicity, website, program and show related use.
