The 42nd Annual Hidden City House & Garden Tour will take place
Thursday, June 22, 2017 from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m.
As a part of our mission to promote the appreciation of Albany's magnificent architecture, Historic Albany hosts an annual House & Garden Tour showcasing 10-15 historic buildings and their gardens. The tour moves from neighborhood to neighborhood highlighting the very best in Albany's architecture and ongoing preservation efforts.
About the Tour
Center Square Association, Hudson/Park Neighborhood Association and Historic Albany Foundation are proud to present the Annual Hidden City House & Garden Tour on Thursday, June 22 from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. Every year, this tour brings the neighborhood to life as homeowners open their doors and gardens to the public. Guests are able to tour, at their leisure, the beautiful and historic homes and hidden gardens that make up the Center Square & Hudson/Park neighborhoods.
Never been on the tour? Here's how it works:
Once your tickets have been purchased, your name(s) will go on the prepaid guest list for the day of the tour. We cannot give out tickets (the tickets act as your map and program as well) ahead of time in order to maintain the privacy of the gracious homeowners that are opening up their homes and gardens to the public on the day of the tour!
Tickets can be picked up (for the prepaid individuals) AND purchased from 4-7 pm at the designated pick up location. Please note that houses & gardens will not open until 5:00 p.m. The tour is a self-guided, go-at-you-own-pace, whatever-order-you-desire type tour! Most of the homes are within walking distance to one another.
We hope to see you at the tour!
