Historic Albany Foundation Presents
Summer Tour & Lecture Series


ALBANY

April 26, 2004 – Go behind the scenes, get up close and personal, and learn more about the buildings, people and neighborhoods that make up our historic city.

Historic Albany Foundation’s popular tour and lecture program is back, and Tony Opalka, Historic Preservation Program Analyst at the NYS Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation will lead all tours unless otherwise noted.

Walking tours are $5 for HAF members, $10 for the general public. Trolley Tours are $10 for HAF members, $15 for the general public. Reservations are required. To make a reservation, call Susan Olsen at 518-465-0876.

    Meet at Sweet Pilgrim Baptist Church, corner of Ten Broeck Street & Clinton Avenue 
  • Capitol Hill Tour and Slideshow
    Wednesday, June 2 · 5:30 – 7:00 p.m.
    Meet at the City of Albany Board of Education Building Auditorium (the Old Academy Building) in Lafayette Park on Washington Avenue.
  • Pastures Tour and Slideshow
    Wednesday, June 30 · 5:30 - 7:00 p.m.
    Meet at St. Anthony’s Church.
  • Center Square/Hudson Park Tour and Slideshow
    Wednesday, July 28 · 5:30 - 7:00 p.m. 
    Meet at Westminster Presbyterian Church, 262 State Street.
