Tour University at Albany’s Georgian Revival Downtown Campus with City Historian Tony Opalka and Kim Alvarez of Landmark Consulting.

The campus began as the Albany Normal College when the first campus burned. It was planned by the NYS Commissioner of Education Andrew S. Draper, who also commissioned the NYS Education Building, and reflects the new trends in campus planning of the early 20th century.
