SOLD OUT: Waves of Immigration Tour with City Historian Tony Opalka

City historian Anthony Opalka will lead a walking tour of Green Street and the South End to demonstrate its waves of immigration across the 19th and 20th centuries.
The tour is part of a month-long program of lectures, exhibits and performances celebrating immigrants and the region's rich ethnic diversity chronicled in an ongoing Times Union series, "Our Immigrant Story."
Opalka will focus on a group of five connected brick rowhouses on Green Street at the intersection of Herkimer Street in the historic Pastures neighborhood.

The tour is $5 for members and $10 for general public. Attendees may pay in cash or check when they arrive to the tour and check in.
