Historic Albany Foundation, with the support of the City of Albany, and the Albany County Land Bank are once again excited to be putting on the Restoration Faire, helping you to buy and restore historic houses in the city.
This year we have grown the program, offering 4 fully hybrid events from the Steam Garden, Albany (279 Central Ave, Albany, NY 12206). As in previous years, this program is free and open to the public. Please sign up via Eventbrite and indicate whether you are attending in person or virtually.
The meetings will take place on every month from May-Aug (see dates below) and will feature different expert speakers who will give short presentations followed by Q and As. There will be a larger group of organizations tabling at the event ready to answer questions and discuss your projects and aims, in-person demonstrations, and several open houses facilitated by Albany County Land Bank.
Please note, we have an ongoing Facebook group ‘Buying & Restoring Historic Houses in Albany’ that provides support and information year-round. We will share all videos and material on this group (join here)
