Named for a daughter of Louis Pratt, one of the partners of the Albany Land Improvement and Building Company, Marion Avenue was developed between the late 1920s through the early years of the Space Age. We will discuss how the houses reflect changing lifestyles over several decades, and the broad list of local industries and businesses associated with their owners.
